4 Steps to Financial Freedom

The Secret to Financial Freedom is fairly simple, it has been shared with us by many great thinkers of today and the past.

The challenge is to stay with it and persist when we know we are on the right track, and decide not to live a normal life like most friends and relatives.

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common that unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “press on” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” ~~CALVIN COOLIDGE

How do we know if we are on the right track?

Look at the successful people within our industry. Do they have what you want? If they do, then you are on the right track.

We all have friends and relatives that have all the answers but no hope of financial freedom.

So if we are on the right track what do we do? Become educated from those that really know how to teach.

“Formal education makes you a living, if you become self-educated you can create a fortune.” ~~JIM ROHN

“If you want to achieve success, all you need to do is find someone to model yourself after and all will be fine. The hard part may just be finding that person to start with.” ~~TONY ROBBINS

In network marketing we must understand that true success comes from building a team. To build a team you must develop and work on your leadership abilities.

People will not follow you if you don't know where you are going. Your goal is NOT to develop followers, your goal is to develop leaders. To be a good leader, you first must be a good follower. The Bible says, if you wish to be great, you must be a servant to many.

True leaders understand that their job is to go to work for their team, their team does not work for them.

Lastly, for network marketers to become financially free they must manage their money when the residual income starts flowing.

It is ok to go through a “Toys Stage”. I certainly did, but DON'T STAY THERE. The biggest trap is going into a toy stage too soon.

The industry is notorious for people who are earning $10,000 a month and spending $14,000.

The formula for financial independence in network marketing is:

1) Pay off all debt except your home

2) Enjoy your success, and buy a few toys and celebrate with your family. I flew my family first class to Hawaii for a couple of weeks at the Ritz Carlton.

3) Pay off your home

4) Invest and work towards a comfortable living from your investments even without your commission check from your company.

Until you are at this point YOU HAVE NOT CREATED FINANCIAL FREEDOM in Network Marketing.
